AirOps is a content operations platform helping teams scale their content creation with AI-powered workflows. I joined to enhance Power Agents discoverability, making it easier for users to find and adopt these pre-built building blocks for common content tasks.
70% never added a Power Agent within their first week
User research revealed that many people:
Didn't discover Power Agents until weeks into using the platform
Found the library confusing with no guidance on where to start
Couldn't tell which Power Agents were relevant to their content needs
Redesigned Touch points Doubled Power Agents Usage
I worked with the team to enhance discoverability:
Added a primary CTA for adding Power Agents in key navigation areas.
Redesigned column empty states to prompt users toward Power Agents.
Introduced AI-powered "Recommended Power Agents" in the add column panel.
Time-to-First-Power-Agent Cut by 60%
After launch:
New users added their first Power Agent in 1 session vs. 4 previously.
55% of users now discover Power Agents within their first week.
